Aleksandar Ćetković se ističe svojom interdisciplinarnošču. Završio je studije u informatici i arhitekturi. Kao konsultant je radio na nekoliko večih projekata u informatici. Ali, isto tako, bio je saradnik u više arhitektonskih biroa, gde je učestvao i na nekoliko konkursa i širokom spektrumu dizajna.

Aktualni fokus mu je na interdisciplinarnim projektima, gde može da dovede svoje široko znanje do punog izražaja. Radi se o projektima kao ETH-World gde je dobio drugu nagradu, kao i zlatnu nagradu ID-Magazina ili Archivio Fluido - gde se radi o socijalnoj mreži, koja omogučuje skupljanje digitalnih podataka za arhiv jedne regije. Predavao je na ZHdK na fakultetu Novih Medija tokom sedam godina, gde je predavao u sledečim fahovima: medije u gradskom kontekstu, prostornu percepciju, arhitektura informacije, prostornu raspodelu podataka i različite teme u oblasti programiranja. Momentalno radi na svoj doktorski rad na temi utjecaj novih tehnologija na percepciji korisnika u savremenoj arhitekturi na univerzitetu Plymouth, UK

Aleksandar Cetkovic' Profil ist interdisziplinär. Als Absolvent sowohl der Informatik als auch der Architektur an der ETH Zürich hat er an verschiedenen grossen Informatik-Projekten sowohl als Angestellter als auch Consultant gearbeitet. Er war ebenso für verschiedene Architekten tätig, wo er Entwürfe und Wettbewerbe gemacht hat.

Sein Fokus liegt auf fächerübergreifenden Projekten, die sein breites Wissen und seinen verschiedenen Fähigkeiten beanspruchen, wie beispielweise beim Ideenwettbewerb ETH-World oder das soziale Netzwerk für Archivierung von digitalen Daten Archivio Fluido. Er hat während sieben Jahren an der ZHdK in der Studienrichtung Mediale Künste unterichtet: Urban Media, Raumwahrnehmung, Informationsarchitektur, Informationsräume und Programmiertechniken bilden dort seine Schwerpunkte.Zur Zeit arbeitet er an seiner Doktorarbeit in Bereich des Einflusses von neuen Technologien an der Wahrnehmung von Teilnehmer in der moderne Architektur an der Universität von Plymouth, GB.

Aleksandar Cetkovic distinguishes himself through his multidisciplinarity. As a master degree holder in both computer science and architecture, he has worked time and again as a software engineer on major projects for large companies either as an employee or as a consultant. He worked also for different architects on a wide range of designs and contests.

But his main focus at the moment are the multidisciplinary projects which are challenging his wide range of knowledge, like the ideas-contest ETH-World or the social network and archive of digital data Archivio Fluido. He tought during seven years at the University of Arts and Design in Zürich, Switzerland, Faculty of New Media in the fields of Urban Media, Perception of Space, Information Architecture, Information Spaces and Programming Techniques. At the moment Aleksandar Cetkovic is working on his PhD thesis in the area of user perception in interactive architecture.
